Farrey is directed by Soumendra Padhi, who has previously directed the series Jamtara. In the movie Niyati, a talented orphan under the care of her guardian at a Delhi orphanage achieves the top position nationally in the 10th board exams. This achievement earns her a scholarship to attend a prestigious school for further studies. However, her wealthy friends tempt her to assist them in cheating on exams through complex methods, leading her to get involved in a cheating operation with increasing risks and significant rewards. In her pursuit of these gains, she risks losing much more than she stands to gain.
