Cocktail 2 (2026) is a Hindi-language romantic comedy-drama film directed by Homi Adajania and written by Luv Ranjan and Tarun Jain. Serving as a spiritual sequel to the 2012 hit Cocktail, the film stars Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles. Produced by Dinesh Vijan, Pramita Vijan, and Luv Ranjan under Maddock Films and Luv Films, the film features music composed by Pritam.
The story follows Kunal, a talented chef in a long-term relationship with his architect girlfriend Diya. Seeking a break from constant questions about marriage, the couple travels to Sicily, Italy, where they reconnect with Diya’s free-spirited college friend Alisha “Ally”. As the three spend time together exploring the island, an unexpected emotional bond begins to form, setting the stage for a complicated love triangle.
What begins as a harmless test of Kunal’s commitment gradually turns into a tangled web of emotions, jealousy, and unspoken desires. As Ally develops genuine feelings for Kunal and later re-enters the couple’s lives during their wedding celebrations in India, relationships are pushed to their limits.
