Papon

Angaraag Mahanta, who goes by the stage name Papon, is a popular Indian playback singer and composer hailing from Assam. In addition to his native language, Assamese, Papon has lent his melodious voice to songs in various other Indian languages such as Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, and Marathi. He is the lead vocalist and creator of the folk-fusion band Papon and The East India Company.
