Sam Rockwell (born November 5, 1968) is an Academy Award-winning American actor known for his dynamic range and offbeat charisma. He earned widespread acclaim and the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017), and received a second nomination for Vice (2018). Rockwell also portrayed choreographer Bob Fosse in Fosse/Verdon (2019), earning an Emmy nomination, and received a Tony Award nomination for American Buffalo (2022).
