Maa (2025) follows Ambika (Kajol), a devoted mother who returns with her daughter Shweta (Kherin Sharma) to the eerie village of Chandarpur after the shocking death of her husband. Once there, they uncover a dark secret — teenage girls are disappearing under terrifying supernatural circumstances tied to an ancient demon named Amsaja (a blood-daitya) and a terrifying forest ritual steeped in Kali Puja lore.
